#BrokenTruthsChallenge performance challenge · Version 1.0 · 19 September 2026

1. Organizer

The challenge is organized by Lex Enterprise Ltd, 65, Triq In-Nazzarenu, Christchurch Court, Flat 1, Sliema SLM 2071, Malta, VAT MT31619202 (“we”, “us”). Questions: alektazzi@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 16 or over at the time of entry.
• Entrants aged 16–17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, given during entry. They are eligible for episode passes; cash prizes are awarded only to entrants aged 18 or over.
• Members of the jury, our employees and contractors, and their immediate family members may not enter.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. It is your responsibility to check that taking part is lawful where you live.

3. Dates

• Entry period: 15 September 2026 at 00:00 to 24 October 2026 at 23:59 (Malta time).
• Finalists announced and public voting opens: 25 October 2026 at 00:00.
• Public voting closes: 31 October 2026 at 23:59.
• Winners announced: 2 November 2026 at 18:00.

4. Free entry

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase does not improve your chances. This is a contest of skill, judged on the criteria below; chance plays no part.

5. How to enter

Perform any part of the Broken Truths song in any way — singing, rap, dance, an instrument, a cover, a remix. Post the video publicly on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram with #BrokenTruthsChallenge, then submit the link at brokentruths.com/challenge/enter with the details requested. One entry per person. Entries must be received within the entry period. We may decline entries that are incomplete, private, unreachable, or that don't meet these rules.

6. Format and judging

After the entry period, the jury selects up to 20 finalists from the eligible entries using these criteria: performance quality, creativity, use of the song, originality. The finalists are shown publicly and the public may vote during the voting period (3 votes per signed-in account, one vote per entry, changeable until voting closes; entrants may not vote for their own entry). The jury selects the winners from the 20 finalists, taking the public vote into account. The jury's decision is final.

Cash prizes are awarded to the three entries the jury ranks first, second and third among the finalists. Episode passes are awarded across finalists and other strong entries at the jury's discretion, up to the numbers below.

7. Prizes

• First place: $300.00 cash.
• Second place: $150.00 cash.
• Third place: $50.00 cash.
• 120 × Season Pass (value $9.99 each).
• 30 × Founder Pass (value $29.99 each).
• 10 × Founder's Circle (value $49.99 each).

Total prize value $3,098.40 ($500.00 cash and $2,598.40 in episode passes); 160 winners. Passes are delivered as access on this site to the winner's account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

8. Winner notification and claiming

Winners are announced on this site and notified by the email on their account. Cash winners must confirm payment details within 14 days of notification; otherwise the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another finalist. Cash is paid by bank transfer or PayPal. Any taxes or charges on a prize are the winner's responsibility. Prizes for entrants under 18 are provided to, or through, the parent or guardian named at entry.

9. Your performance

By entering you confirm the performance is your own, that you have the right to everything in it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your video. You grant Lex Enterprise Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, feature, edit for length and format, and promote your video and display name on Broken Truths channels and websites, for the duration of the challenge and its promotion. We may credit your display name; we won't publish your email, date of birth or guardian details.

10. Content standards

Entries must be suitable for a general audience and respectful of others. We may reject, remove or disqualify any entry that is unlawful, hateful, explicit, dangerous, infringing, off-topic, or that we reasonably consider harmful to the challenge, and any entrant who manipulates voting. Our decisions on eligibility and content are final.

11. Privacy

We collect your display name, country, date of birth, platform, video link, handle and any note you add — and, for entrants under 18, a guardian's name and email — to run the challenge, verify eligibility, judge entries, contact winners and award prizes. Your display name, country, platform, category and video link may be shown publicly if your entry is approved; nothing else is. Entry data is kept for 12 months after the winners are announced, then deleted, except as needed for prize administration or legal reasons. 12. Platforms

Not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. You must also follow the rules of the platform you post on.

13. General

We may suspend, change or cancel the challenge if it can't run as planned for reasons outside our reasonable control, and will tell entrants on this site. These rules are governed by the laws of Malta, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Malta. Broken Truths contains fantasy violence and blood — recommended 16+.
