Who we are

Broken Truths (brokentruths.com) is operated by Lex Enterprise Ltd, a company registered in Malta at 65, Triq In-Nazzarenu, Christchurch Court, Flat 1, Sliema SLM 2071, Malta. For anything in this policy — questions, requests, corrections — write to alektazzi@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and the identifiers needed to sign you in. If you sign in with a magic link, that is your email alone. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email, name, and basic profile with us. Operating the site also produces ordinary technical data — IP addresses and device information in server logs — kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

We do not run advertising, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To give you access to your account, deliver the episodes and content you have unlocked, and keep the service running and secure. Nothing else.

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and are never stored on our systems. How Stripe handles your data is described in Stripe's privacy policy.

Cookies

We set only functional cookies — the session that keeps you signed in. If you never sign in, we set none. There are no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may also hold a few small local values, like a best score in the battle game; those stay on your device and never reach us. The embedded video player uses the technical storage it needs to play video, nothing more.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive an export of it, and withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these — including deleting your account — email us at alektazzi@gmail.com and we will handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists, and deleted when you ask us to delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
